Karangan Village, Badegan District, Ponorogo Regency is a village where the majority of the population's economy depends on the agricultural sector. However, in the implementation of agriculture, the Karang village community has difficulties in terms of fertilizer because the price of fertilizer is currently expensive and scarce. In this case utilizing waste from livestock manure such as cows to be used as liquid organic fertilizer which is very beneficial for plants so that the food security of the Karang village community can be fulfilled. The method used is through a training program. The community was given insight regarding the benefits of organic fertilizers as a substitute for using chemical fertilizers in agriculture. The implementation method is divided into three stages, namely the preparation stage, manufacture and final stage. The preparatory stage is carried out by preparing the needs and materials for making. The manufacturing stage is carried out by processing cow manure through a mixture of activators and other ingredients and then fermenting it for 1 week. The final stage is that liquid organic fertilizer is ready to be used for paddy fields such as rice and corn. The hope for the results of this liquid organic fertilizer is to increase the food security of the Karang village community due to the current scarcity and high cost of fertilizer which has an impact on the fertility of rice and corn in the fields.
