This article explores strategic efforts in packaging and naming improvements to Mr. Sarengat's instant brewed jamu products produced in Blimbing Hamlet, Ngilo-Ilo Village, Slahung Sub-district. The main focus of this research is to analyze the impact of changes in packaging design and naming strategies on market appeal and product success. Previously, Mr. Sarengat's instant brewed jamu products were packaged in simple clear plastic without labels, which limited the product's visibility and appeal in the market. The packaging improvement initiative included a more modern graphic design, the use of higher quality packaging materials, and clearer and more attractive product information. In addition, new, more creative and representative names are expected to strengthen brand identity and make it easier for consumers to recognize and select products. This article concludes that innovation in packaging and branding is a crucial step in strengthening the position of local herbal products, as well as making a positive contribution to the local village economy.
