PERSPEKTIF HUKUM TERHADAP PERILAKU BULLYING DI KALANGAN SISWA

Bullying is any form of oppression or violence carried out intentionally by one or a group of people who are stronger or more powerful towards another person, with the aim of causing harm and doing it continuously. Bullying at school or school bullying is aggressive behavior carried out repeatedly by a person or group of students who have power over other students who are weaker with the aim of hurting that person. This activity aims to determine the characteristics of bullying behavior and legal protection for victims of bullying among students. The method used in this activity is a workshop with counseling or socialization. The results shows that bullying can be grouped into 6 categories, namely direct physical contact, direct verbal contact, direct non-verbal behavior, indirect non-verbal behavior, cyber bullying, and sexual harassment. As a form of legal protection and prevention and control of acts of violence in the educational environment, the Government issued Minister of Education and Culture Regulation Number 82 of 2015 where schools are supposed to prepare, implement and socialize Standard Operating Procedures for preventing acts of violence, collaborate with psychological institutions, religious organizations , and education experts, form a violence prevention team, and install a violence complaint service board that can be easily accessed by students, parents/guardians, teachers/educational personnel, and the community.
