PEMBERANTASAN PENYALAGUNAAN NARKOTIKA DENGAN METODE PENYULUHAN, PEMULIHAN, DAN PENINDAKAN

Abstract

Narcotics abuse is a problem in every country, including Indonesia. Narcotics abuse in Indonesia is currently quite high, starting with children, teenagers and adults. In fact, among athletes, artists often use narcotics to maintain stamina. The existence of narcotics abuse is very disturbing to the community because it has many impacts, including health impacts and economic impacts because as an addict you have to pay money to buy narcotics continuously. The aim of community service is to make people aware of the impact of narcotics abuse by collaborating with BNN (National Narcotics Agency)Method: Community service activities are carried out through providing education about the dangers of narcotics abuse. And the methods used are counseling, education and enforcement. The reason for using 3 methods is so that the public understands that if they have misused narcotics, BNN will take action. Results: By providing an understanding of the dangers of narcotics abuse, the community will learn directly by seeing the impact directly and the action that has been taken by both the BNN and the police. Conclusion: Community service activities produce changes in accordance with the set output targets, namely 3 methods for eradicating narcotics abuse, namely counseling, education, and prosecution.
